The MPL-B310P-MJ72AA is part of the Kinetix Motion control system of PLC MODULE. This product is a servo motor that is used to drive mechanical loads to implement linear and rotary motions. This servo motor has standard characteristics which include high output Torque relative to its size; low-inertia output; supports Smart Motor Technology and the Hiperface (Stegmann) encoder protocol.

Additionally, the MPL-B310P-MJ72AA is basically a Brushless AC synchronous servo motor with high-energy rare-earth magnets. It comes with standard FF mounting holes and uses a circular SpeedTec connector in 90 Degree orientation and rotatable up to 180 degrees. This servo motor also has a built-in 1024 sin/cos, absolute multi-turn encoder that supports the Hiperface protocol. This protocol is an industry standard, digital protocol that is used to perform high-speed data exchange between the encoder to the servo drive.
