Functional Description
DS200KLDCG1AAA is a LED Display Board developed by General Electric. It is a part of Drive Control series. It serves as a Key/LED/Display Board, as defined by instructional materials associated with the series. Featuring 32 LEDs, twenty-one 4-character displays, and one jumper, facilitates visual feedback and control functions within the turbine control system. The jumper allows for modification of board behavior, with specific configurations documented in the board's accompanying documentation. It is installed in the Mark V Series  drive cabinet using screws inserted into designated holes. Proper cable routing within the cabinet is essential to prevent interference and ensure adequate airflow for cooling. Detailed attention to cable routing and component installation is crucial for maintaining system integrity and performance.

Operator-Maintenance Interface
Consisting of an IBM-compatible PC, color monitor, keyboard, cursor positioning device (which can be a touch screen and/or trackball or mouse), and a printer, this interface empowers operators to execute various commands, manage alarms, and monitor unit operations with efficiency and precision.
Functionality and Usage: The operator interface serves as the command center for the Mark V system, enabling operators to initiate start/stop commands, load/unload units, and log alarms. While it provides comprehensive monitoring capabilities, it does not directly control or protect the unit, except in the case of the Plant Load Control option.
Connection and Communication: To facilitate seamless communication between the operator interfaces and Mark V control panel(s), a dedicated connection known as the Stage Link is established. This connection utilizes coaxial cable and employs ARCNET Local Area Network (LAN) communication protocols. In instances where long distances separate the operator interface computers and the turbine control panel, fiber optic cables and repeaters may be incorporated into the Stage Link to ensure reliable communication.
