The MMS3120/022-100 Dual Channel Bearing Vibration Transmitter is designed to convert the input signal from electrodynamic vibration transducers into two independent output signals. These outputs are proportional to the vibration velocity or the vibration amplitude (peak-peak), or to an output signal that corresponds to the maximum of these characteristic values.

The transmitter features an integrated module and sensor supervision system that detects fault functions in both the sensor and the module electronics. Should a fault be detected, the status of the ‘ok’ output (Channel Clear) is altered, and the 4…20 mA current output will indicate 0 mA, signaling an issue.

All settings for the MMS3120/022-100  are configured using jumpers and DIP-switches. The transmitters are shipped with a standard configuration that is suitable for most applications. However, if a different configuration is desired, it can be prepared at the factory to meet specific customer requirements.
