High Precision Monitoring: The A6210 card offers high-precision shaft vibration monitoring, which helps in early identification of potential mechanical issues such as unbalance, misalignment, and bearing wear.
Dual-Channel Design:
Typically designed with dual channels, it can simultaneously monitor the radial and axial vibrations of a rotating shaft to comprehensively assess the mechanical condition.
Compliance with Industrial Standards:
It meets industry standards such as API 670, ensuring the quality and reliability of the monitoring system for critical industrial applications.
Compatibility with Various Sensors: It can be connected to eddy current sensors or probes for non-contact shaft displacement measurement.
Different Operating Modes:
The A6210 monitor can operate in three different modes: thrust position, differential expansion, or rod position.
Thrust Position Mode: Accurately monitors thrust position and provides machinery protection by comparing the measured axial shaft position against alarm set-points.
Differential Expansion Measurement Mode: Used to monitor the growth of the casing and rotor due to thermal condition changes during turbine startup.
In thrust position mode, the A6210 can detect sudden and small axial movements in 40 milliseconds or less to minimize or avoid rotor to case contact.
