Sophisticated signal processing algorithms extract dozens of measurements and health indices from each accelerometer point and can be custom-tuned to the specific characteristics of bearings and gearboxes.
BENTLY NEVADA 60M100 MONITOR 60M100-00 System Features
The 60M100 Condition Monitoring System is a powerful and versatile unit that monitors 150 static variables, producing high-resolution waveform data and trendlines, while providing basic monitoring functions and advanced signal processing and rules in a compact, robust design. It conditions input signals for various measurements and compares them with user-programmable alarms, capable of taking input from different sensor types and supporting up to 12 dynamic channel inputs, two Keyphasor signals, and digital communications. Channels 1 through 10 interface with 2-wire ICP type accelerometers, while channels 11 and 12 can be configured for 2-wire ICP type transducers or 3-wire proximity probes, with each dynamic channel offering independently configurable signal processing options. The Keyphasor channels can interface with 3-wire proximity probes or other externally powered speed sensors. The system is designed with a 24-bit Analog/Digital conversion and a 40 kHz bandwidth for enhanced monitoring of rolling element bearing machinery and gearing, but it is not a substitute for hard-wired safety systems or a replacement for standard systems used for the acquisition of operational data of the wind turbine.
