The 3300 XL NSv Proximity Transducer System is designed for use with machines that have tight installation spaces, such as centrifugal air compressors, refrigeration compressors, and process gas compressors.  This system is particularly suited for applications where standard Bently Nevada 3300 and 3300 XL 5 mm and 8 mm Transducer Systems are not feasible due to installation constraints, such as counter bore, side view, or rear view limitations.

The system consists of:

3300 NSv Probe
3300 NSv Extension Cable
3300 XL NSv Proximitor Sensor

The 3300 XL NSv Transducer System has an average scale factor of 7.87 V/mm (200 mV/mil), which is the standard output for eddy current transducers. Due to its enhanced sideview capabilities and small target characteristics, it offers a shorter linear range compared to the Bently Nevada 3300 XL-series 5 mm and 8 mm Transducer Systems.

The 1.5 mm (60 mils) of linear range provided by the 3300 XL NSv Transducer System exceeds the linear range of the 3000-series 190 Transducer System.
