The BENTLY NEVADA 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Transducer System is a sophisticated equipment designed for precision measurement in industrial settings. This system comprises three main components: the 3300 XL 8 mm probe, the 3300 XL extension cable, and the 3300 XL Proximitor Sensor.
The system functions by generating an output voltage that is directly proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the observed conductive surface. This feature enables it to measure both static (position) and dynamic (vibration) values, making it invaluable for vibration and position measurements on fluid-film bearing machines. Additionally, it is utilized for Keyphasor reference and speed measurements.
The 3300 XL 8 mm system represents the pinnacle of performance in eddy current proximity transducer systems offered by BENTLY NEVADA. The standard 5-meter system adheres to the American Petroleum Institute’s (API) 670 Standard, ensuring compliance with mechanical configuration, linear range, accuracy, and temperature stability criteria.
